Repeat this process as many times as desired. The Molotov cocktails will have respawned. To get unlimited Molotov cocktails, collect the Molotov cocktails, save the game, and reload the saved game. Go under the bridge at the following location in North Chumash to find a cache of five Molotov cocktails. The grenade launcher will have respawned. Then, swim back to the surface, save the game, and reload the saved game. Enter the cave, and dive to the bottom to get a grenade launcher. Go to the location shown on the map in the video below.
